Hello, I have been a state secondary school teacher for over 20 years teaching maths and computer science.
As a secondary state school teacher my training has been to support all students including those with an EHCP or ILP.
During my time as a teacher I have been appointed Senior Leader for Education (SLfE) for Computing at an academy overseeing the effective teaching of computing across multiple secondary schools.
I have taught computer science to local primary schools over the last 10 years, albeit part time, and until recently, ran the code club at Ringwood Library.
Prior to teaching I was a software engineer in the telecoms industry for 10 years. I currently run a software company with a product that manages almost 11,000 gymnasts across the UK.
I live in Ringwood (UK) and offer my time (evenings and weekends) to help those students who either require extra help during this lead up to the exams or general support in their current school studies. This can be done remotely or at your home.
I offer support in Maths (up to GCSE) and Computer Science (up to A-level and including NEA support):
individually (£30p/50mins)
in pairs (£40p/50mins)
groups of up to 4 (£50p/50mins).
Prices include lesson planning and the setting of homework. Feedback to homework will be given during lesson time.
